By shopping with Codeison you agree to these terms. They set out the contract between you and Codeison Ltd (company number 15234567, registered in England and Wales).
1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock shortage, with a full refund.
2. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT. International orders may incur customs duties, which are shown at checkout.
3. Returns & refunds
You may return any item in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return shipping). See our Returns page for full details.
4. Warranties
We guarantee all Codeison garments against manufacturing defects for two years. If a seam fails or a zip breaks from normal wear, we'll repair or replace it free.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, copy, designs — is the property of Codeison Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
