How long does delivery take?
UK standard orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Express is 1–2 days. International delivery takes 3–10 days depending on location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We dispatch fast, so if your order hasn't shipped yet email hello@codeison.com and we'll do our best. Once shipped, you can return on arrival.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 40+ countries via DHL Express. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return something?
Log in to your account, open the order, and start a return. UK returns are free with a pre-paid label.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your return. It typically takes 5–7 days to show in your account.

Do you offer tailoring?
Our flagship in Shoreditch offers basic alterations free on Codeison purchases. Ask in store.
Materials & care
How should I wash my garments?
Most pieces are machine washable at 30°C. See the care label for specifics. Reshape while damp and dry flat.
Are your fabrics sustainable?
We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, RWS-certified merino, and European linen. Read more on our Sustainability page.
